Multimedia Conferencing is Nortel's premium SIP based, reservation-less audio and video conferencing solution.  Through SIP, it integrates seamlessly with  Communication Server 1000  and  2100  as well as Microsoft OCS but can also be deployed as a standalone solution with TDM-based or 3rd party PBX systems.  It typically delivers a return on investment of months instead of years when compared with outsourced or hosted conferencing solutions.
 
Nortel Multimedia Conferencing release 6.0 is a software only solution deployed on commercial off the shelf servers that delivers rich audio/video conferencing.  It scales from as few as 15 ports up to 5,600 ports in a single cluster and is virtually limitless on a network basis.  It is a proven solution with high availability and resiliency.  For end users, it delivers an always on, always available conferencing solution that is secure and easy to use and enables on demand conference recording.
