Overview
The Application Server 5300 is Nortel’s next generation enterprise solution for pure standards based SIP environments for the US federal government. It is a highly-scalable, carrier grade, software based solution operating on commercial off-the-shelf hardware. It delivers secure unified communications with media and signaling encryption for all communications including IP telephony, conferencing, unified messaging, and instant messaging. It increases employee productivity with a complete unified communications solution including telephony, instant messaging and presence, multimedia conferencing, and unified messaging.
