Meridian Mail Release 13 is the final software and hardware release for the Meridian Mail product line, which is now  Manufacture Discontinued .

Nortel recommends you migrate to  CallPilot .  CallPilot offers additional features and benefits such as Unified Messaging and advanced notification options not available on Meridian Mail. Unfied Messaging, a key component to  Unified Communications , increases worker productivity by allowing your employees to check voice and fax messages from your email client. Workers simply click and play voice mails as if they were an email. Advanced features such as scheduled notification, remote activated auto attendant, and voice forms are all functionality that is new or improved over previous versions of Meridian Mail. CallPilot's integrated architecture has minimal impact on your data network and is contained in one server. Most additional features require a simple keycode activation versus additional hardware and software.
